Celebrating Blue Skies and Lighter Planes

In March we got to celebrate two students going solo. Rina R flew his first solo March 7th setting AFS on a good track to start the month with 6 laps around the pattern.

On March 18th Joe K got his first solo in a speedy 15 hours. Despite his love for navy landings, his solo proved he can also leave some butter on the runway.

Congrats to those students and we can’t wait to see what April brings us. We wish everyone blue skies, smooth air, and a nice tailwind.
